How can I track my order?
You can track your orders on the App and by clicking on the “My Orders” section under your Profile section.
Can I choose my courier partner?
No, based on the availability and courier service, the courier partners will be allotted for your order. You will be notified once your order is shipped.
What is the shipping and handling time?
The handling time will be 1 day from the date of order and shipping time would be 3-4 days from the date of order. Because of restrictions in movement due to COVID-19, you may experience a delay in shipping and delivery of your orders.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on all orders, always. Cash on delivery (COD) is available on orders between INR 500 and INR 5000.
What are the regions where shipping is available?
Currently, we ship across India to 21000+ pin codes. And the reach would keep growing till all pin codes get covered.
What is the delivery process?
The brand or suppliers will pack the order and the courier partners will get the products delivered in 4-10 business days from the date of the order. Because of restrictions in movement due to COVID-19, you may experience a delay in shipping and delivery of your orders.
Can the product be replaced?
Yes, you can ask for replacement only if the delivered product is damaged or different, we do not accept cancellation as of now or return of products without exchange. You can cancel your order before dispatch i.e., 24 hours from the ordering time. To cancel, you will find ‘cancel order’ section on the order page.
